Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
Highly successful and forward-thinking International Law Firm is now seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing Dublin team.
Requirements

  • At least and ideally much more than 3 -5 years PQE in company & contracts law
  • High standard of drafting correspondence, agreements, and research reports
  • Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new areas of commercial law
  • Strong technical knowledge of Irish company, commercial and contract law.
  • Ability to lead on due diligence exercises, manage transaction processes, and negotiate contract details
  • Detail-oriented and organised with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to work in a collaborative team.
  • excellent academic credentials and experience in a similar role
  • Candidates currently working in a client-facing corporate practice with an established commercial firm are preferred.
