Search Talent was born from the need in the recruitment industry for a boutique high-end service offering. Search Talent will take the time to understand your recruiting needs and treat every requisition as if it’s an Executive Search. This means high levels of service and attention to detail, no matter what your requirements.
For candidates, Search Talent understands that you are contemplating a life-changing event and we will always have this at the forefront of our minds, no matter what your level of experience is.

Ashling Harrison is CEO of Search Talent which she formed in June 2019. Ashling has 32 years of experience in recruitment and has worked across most industries in her time but most recently would be valued for her work with Sales, Marketing and Executive Search assignments. Owing to Ashling’s deep connections in Irish Industry it has allowed Search Talent to hit the ground running as a start up with many of her team having worked with her in the past before joining her again. Ashling has a Degree in Management and is the Exclusive Partner of ERI an international network that gives extensive reach to Search Talent internationally.

Chris Alves is Search Talent's Operations Manager. Chris is the backbone of Search Talent and looks after a wide range of functions for the Company. From the quality of our documentation, GDPR, Systems, Finance, Training and Human Resources, Chris is behind the Search Talent machine and keeps all the companies wheels turning. Chris has a degree in Business Administration and Management and worked internationally as an analyst before joining the recruitment industry four years ago. Chris is very much the person in the organisation that brings the energy and light into the Company and is a key influence to our great culture.

Josh joined the Search Talent team in 2021 and works as the right-hand man to our COO Ben Lillington-Lester. Previously Josh was a manager in the sports industry as well as having been involved in a number of his own business ventures. Josh has an entrepreneurial spirit which was evident at a young age when he reached the finals of Junior Dragons Den. He is one of our strongest researchers able to find that “unicorn” candidate in real estate that nobody else can find and attract. As a team member and senior consultant to our candidates, Josh is famed for his sense of humour, positivity, and attention to detail.
You will find Josh in the Gym on a high-altitude cycle training circuit in his spare time.

We are very proud to have Skai O'Sullivan as our Associate Director here at Search Talent. Skai is leading, coaching and mentoring our fastest-growing divisions as well as personally and successfully taking the Executive Search assignments upon herself. She leads our IT Recruitment division and oversees our Accountancy & Finance team. Recently she was nominated by the Sunday Business Post as one of the top 30 professionals under 30 in the Tech industry in Ireland. We think, as her colleagues, she would deserve this accolade at any age. Skai is the primary person responsible for Search Talent reaching the semi-finals in the 2022 Tech Summit Awards as the Best Tech Startup. Her accomplishments list continues as she was nominated in 2022 for the prestigious award as Ireland's best permanent recruiter.
Skai is one of the Search Talent's rising stars, no doubt about it. Before joining Search Talent, She worked in an agency and in-house for Verizon, a US Telecoms company. She gets up at 5:30 am to work out in the gym in her spare time and enjoys hiking with her dog Che.

Coming from an IT Background, Ed has extensive experience in recruiting for Support Roles all the way up to C-Suite level and everything in between with a focus on, Development, Networking, Infrastructure, DevOps and Project and Program management. Having managed, Public Sector, SME and Large Scale Enterprise Clients he is able to build strong relationships with both clients and candidates due to his interpersonal skills, extensive knowledge of the technology industry and loves a challenge
Ed graduated with a BSc(Honours) degree in Software Engineering which is particularly relevant to the core functions of his role. He has had much success in in managing global hiring programs and delivering quality, results and tailor made solutions for his clients.In his spare time Ed has a keen interest in music , attending festivals and gigs, and also loves to travel and loves hiking and hill walking exploring our natural beauty here in Ireland. Bit of an amateur foodie and likes to keep up to date in all things Tech.

Enda Connolly heads up the Legal Recruitment section for Search Talent. Enda has more than 15 years of experience in recruiting and has worked throughout his career across many industries before finding his true calling in Legal recruitment. Enda has many testimonies from candidates who find that he always goes beyond their expectations of a recruiter. He is revered for his consultative approach, the time and care he puts into his profession, and his excellent career advice that he shares freely with his candidates.

cDavid began his law career after completing his certificate in Criminal Law at Dublin Institute of Technology in the Republic of Ireland. Eager to expand his knowledge, David went on to achieve a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Law and Society at Dublin City University. David got his master’s degree in Corporate and Financial Law at Kingston University in the UK . He is a Barrister at Law at the Bar of Ireland and also a member of the Institute of Paralegals in the UK and The New York City Paralegal Association. David has a broad range of legal skills and an in-depth knowledge of the law. He has practised in many areas of law in a paralegal capacity such as Constitutional Rights, Criminal, Corporate, Insurance and Human Rights. He now brings his wealth of experience to Search Talent and puts it to good use in screening and selecting Ireland’s top legal talent.
He is also a keen sportsman running long distances as well as actively participating in the GAA.

Tim is one of our extremely qualified Legal Recruitment Consultants. He is drawing on the skills and knowledge obtained during his years of working in the legal field in the city of London, combined with the experience he gained while managing and recruiting for businesses in Colombia. He conducts customized searches for legal personnel in Dublin and the rest of Ireland, giving companies and candidates confidence that their hiring needs are being met every time.
Tim is an outdoor enthusiast with a particular passion for hiking. He also has an LLB in Criminal Law and Human Rights as well as possessing a Bar Vocational Course. Tim is fluent in Spanish having spent ten years living and working in Columbia.

David is the latest addition to our expanding and deeply qualified Legal team. He has a degree in Law from DCU and successfully sat his FE1 Solicitor entrance exams.
David's communication and interpersonal skills have led him to the recruitment industry, enabling him to marry these skills with his interest in law. David has previously worked in two law firms gaining exposure to all areas of the legal profession. He was a brand ambassador for DCU, a class representative in his law class, and the DCUFM radio presenter. David enjoys public speaking and basketball when he is not recruiting.Phone

Sofia is an Italian Native who moved to Dublin in 2019 and now works for the Search Talent's Multilingual Division. She can test Italian Fluency as well as speak perfect English herself. Sofia is qualified in administration, finance and marketing and has worked in several countries, including Italy, France and now Ireland. She understands what it takes to move to a new country, and her experiences of this do not go unnoticed by candidates who are considering relocating.
