Overview

As of August 2026 we have been retained by three separate individual law firms to recruit the top employment lawyers in the country. All three firms have the top 10 employment teams in Ireland, all offer hybrid working, commercial contentious and non-contentious work and salary commensurable on experience.

All 3 employment solicitor roles:

  • Private Practice
  • Teams of minimum 6 employment lawyers with a minimum 2 partners
  • Commercial work including household name tech clients and the opportunity to work on contentious and non-contentious matters
  • The opportunity to work exclusively on employment law matters as opposed to as a corporate support function.
  • All 3 firms offering 3 days in office, 2 from home.
  • Benefits include 5% pension, health covered and 25 days annual leave.
  • Salary commensurable on PQE but we can provide guidance on this.

There are also strong possibilities for of counsel, legal director and partnership which we can discuss, and equally discuss how you can reach there.
