Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in your career?

We’re partnering with a leading specialist contractor delivering high-profile construction projects across Ireland. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to join a collaborative and supportive commercial team where you’ll gain exposure to exciting projects while developing your career.

This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, take ownership of your own packages and play a key role in the commercial success of major projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing project costs from commencement through to final account.
  • Preparing budgets, cost plans and financial reports.
  • Procuring subcontractors and managing commercial agreements.
  • Assessing variations, valuations and contractor claims.
  • Monitoring project performance and identifying commercial opportunities.
  • Working closely with project managers, engineers and site teams.
  • Supporting successful project delivery while maintaining strong commercial control.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Around 3–5 years’ commercial experience within construction or engineering.
  • Strong understanding of contracts and commercial processes.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience within specialist construction, façade, windows or building envelope projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
